Privacy Policy

What stays on your device
- Your sermons, generated content, settings, voice profile and API key are stored in your own browser (IndexedDB and local storage). We do not keep a copy on our servers, except items you choose to Share (see below).
- Audio transcription and the neural read-aloud voice run inside your browser. Recordings are not uploaded.
What is sent to other services
- Anthropic (Claude API): when you generate, rewrite, translate or learn a voice, the sermon text and instructions are sent to Anthropic to produce the content — either directly with your own key, or through this site's server when hosted mode is enabled. Anthropic's own terms and privacy policy apply to that processing.
- Bible text lookup: Scripture references (only the reference, such as "John 10:11") are sent to bible-api.com, directly or through this site's server, to check them.
- Purchases: payments are processed by Stripe. After checkout, this site asks Stripe to confirm the payment and reads the email on the receipt to create your license key. We never see your card.
- Free trial: to limit free use, the server keeps a count of trial sermons tied to a one-way hash of your IP address for 30 days. The IP address itself is not stored.
- Share links: when you press Share, a read-only copy of the selected content is stored on this site's servers for 120 days so anyone with the link can read it. Don't share anything private.
- Libraries and models: fonts, code libraries and voice/transcription models are downloaded from public content networks (Google Fonts, cdnjs, jsDelivr, Hugging Face).
Your control
Delete any sermon from the Library, or clear this site's data in your browser settings to remove everything. Questions: revgeorgehstoddard@gmail.com.
